As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your items! Work smarter not harder. *LIMITED INFANT SIZES INCLUDE: premie, newborn, 0-3mo, 0-6mo, 3mo, 3-6mo, 3-9mo, 6mo, 6-9mo, 6-12mo, 9mo, 9-12mo, 12mo, and 12-18mo. We encourage you to bundle items on each hanger. Rhea Lana's of Overland Park also does not accept: Car or Booster Seats, Breast Pumps, plush stuffed animals/toys unless squishmallow, or anything with batting/poly fill.
Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up ahead of time from us at the event space and label your items at home. Option 2 - We can print them for you free of charge and MAIL them to you ahead of time so you may affix your barcode labels at home. Must sign up on Sign-up Genius). Option 3 - We strongly encourage you to select either option one or two, however, understand that sometimes things get down to the wire. You may also pick up your labels at the event location during your consignor check-in time. Due to Covid-19 and efforts to provide social distance during consignor check-in, we would prefer any and all barcode labeling be done at home if at all possible. Then bring your already labeled items on Drop Off Days. You will need to sign a Release of Guarantee form. Option 4 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items to your Drop & Go appointment or your Consignor Check-in Appointment. Sign-ups for label pick-up, label mailing, Drop & Go appointments, and Consignor Check-in may be found at a link on our homepage.
We are inviting shoppers to bring one guest with them to the Pre-Sale to help them shop.
Our sale is busy and bustling. For our Pre-sale your ticket includes you plus one guest. It is up to you who that guest is! It may be your relative, child or friend...infants over the age of 12 months count as a guest. Children are allowed and do not count as a guest on other public sale days.
We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value of the item. Baby Equipment, Furniture, and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also. Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.
No, please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 8 and above. No wire hangers, please.
Place them in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important.
Our participation fee is $12 for each consignor code. There is a limit of 150 items per code. The fee is deducted directly from your check at the end of the sale so there is no need to write a check or make a cash payment.
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Ironing is not always necessary. Often placing clothing in a dryer with a wet cloth to release wrinkles is sufficient. It is worth noting that those that go the extra mile by ironing often have outstanding sell-through percentages. Moms love to find items that look like they are in pristine condition. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell.
Yes, you may enter additional batches. The total number of items in your batches under one code may not exceed 150 items. **If you have more than 150 items in EXCELLENT condition, you may open up additional codes (and additional batches within that code). Each code will be subject to the $12 consignor fee and 150 items may be entered for each code you open.

We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
